MEDITATION

Meditation is essentially a commitment to paying attention. It’s not a what but a how. Anything you do can be done meditatively. 

By its nature, meditation is deeply personal. Given the various techniques, purposes, benefits, and misconceptions, it’s best to cultivate your own practice under the guidance of a qualified instructor (such as Jackie or Steve). In the meantime,  here are three methods you can try on your own:
